Ingredients

  • 200 grams Lump crab meat
  • 300 grams Firm tofu
  • 8 pieces Asparagus spears
  • 120 grams Cream cheese
  • 100 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 stalks Spring onion (green onions)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

Prepare the tofu by draining it and pressing it to remove excess moisture. Set aside.

Step 3

Rinse the asparagus spears and trim off the woody ends. Chop the spears into small, bite-sized pieces.

Step 4

In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender and slightly crisp. Set aside.

In a blender or food processor, combine the pressed tofu, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, curry powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
