  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry sheets
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Plain yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Dice the chicken breasts into small cubes, approximately 1/2-inch in size.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 4

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sautéing until the onions are translucent and fragrant, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the curry powder, garam masala, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute to toast the spices.

Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
