Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the broccoli. Wash and dry 4 cups of broccoli florets, and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast 0.75 cups of unsalted cashews for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until golden and aromatic. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
