  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or pumpkin seeds, for garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
