Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bread slices
  • 0.5 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Wash the cucumber and the tomato thoroughly under running water.

Step 2

Slice the cucumber and tomato into thin, even slices.

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Then spread mayonnaise over the butter on two slices of the bread (this will be your sandwich base).
