Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Garlic

  • 2 stalks Green onions (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the cucumbers. Cut off the ends and slice them into thick matchsticks or bite-sized pieces.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the cooking oil and swirl to coat the pan.
