  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 medium red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely. Set aside.

Step 4

Add the cooked and cooled pasta, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and dill to the bowl with the dressing. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to your liking.
