Ingredients

  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 0.5 cups Lime juice
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 10 pieces Fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups Cold water
  • 2 cups Ice cubes
  • 4 pieces Lime slices

Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the cucumber. Chop it into small chunks for easier blending.

Step 2

In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber, lime juice, granulated sugar, and 2 cups of cold water. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Place a fine-mesh sieve over a large pitcher and pour the blended mixture through it, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp.

Step 4

Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.

Step 5

Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves in your hand to release their aroma, then add them to the pitcher.

Step 6

Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the cucumber limeade over the ice.

Step 7

Garnish each glass with a lime slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
