  • 0.5 cup green olives, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked white rice (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
