  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices Ham slices
  • 0.5 cup Pickles
  • 4 large Flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin, then cut it into thin slices.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Toss the pork slices in the seasoned olive oil mixture until coated.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork slices. Cook them for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
