  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and green bell pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
