  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and salt.

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Alternatively, use a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment for 5-7 minutes.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
