  • 0.25 teaspoons chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl. Add the milk, salt, and black pepper, then whisk until well combined.

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
