Ingredients

  • 15 oz Pumpkin puree
  • 12 fl oz Evaporated milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish lightly with butter or non-stick spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, beat 3 eggs with a whisk until foamy.

Add 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour to the eggs. Mix until well combined.
