Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or an equivalent baking dish with non-stick spray or a small amount of olive oil.

Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
