Ingredients

  • 3 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (for greasing the pan)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Grease a 9-inch pie dish or similar baking dish with butter and set aside.

Step 3

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until they’re tender but still bright green. Drain the broccoli well and pat dry with paper towels.

Spread the blanched broccoli evenly across the bottom of the greased dish.

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and all the Parmesan cheese evenly over the broccoli in the dish.
