Ingredients

  • 200 g Digestive biscuits
  • 100 g Rolled oats
  • 150 g Unsalted butter
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Golden syrup
  • 50 g Chopped almonds (or preferred nuts)
  • 100 ml Heavy cream (optional, for serving)
  • 0 scoops Vanilla ice cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20cm (8-inch) square baking tin with parchment paper.

Step 2

Place the digestive biscuits in a large ziplock bag and crush them using a rolling pin until they form fine crumbs. Add the crushed biscuits to a mixing bowl.

Step 3

Add the rolled oats and chopped almonds to the bowl with the biscuits. Stir together until well combined.
