Ingredients

  • 0.5 head Green cabbage
  • 0.5 head Red cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 0.25 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Shred the green and red cabbages using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer, and place them into a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel and grate the carrots into thin strips. Add the grated carrots to the mixing bowl with the cabbage.

Deseed and thinly slice the red bell pepper, then add it to the bowl.
