  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Tortilla chips
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the tomato, onion, cucumber, and jalapeño (if using).

Combine the chopped vegetables in a bowl along with the cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create a fresh salsa. Mix well and set aside.

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
