Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Soft tortillas (8-inch)
  • 4 tablespoons Peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons Granola
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 4 pieces Fresh strawberries (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter evenly onto one side of each tortilla.

Step 2

Peel and slice the banana into thin rounds, and layer half of the slices down the center of each tortilla.

Step 3

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the banana slices on each tortilla for a satisfying crunch.

Step 4

If desired, wash and thinly slice the strawberries, then layer 2 pieces per tortilla on top of the granola.

Step 5

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the toppings on each tortilla for added sweetness.

Step 6

Starting at one side of the tortilla, tightly roll it up to form a wrap.
