  • 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
