Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper (freshly ground)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the wild rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and let it cool to room temperature before using.
