Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 can (8 ounces) Water chestnuts (sliced)
  • 1 Red bell pepper (diced)
  • 3 stalks Green onions (sliced)
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ginger (grated)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
