Wash and dry the cauliflower. Cut it into small, bite-sized florets and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Dice the red bell pepper into small pieces and add it to the bowl with the cauliflower.
Peel the carrots and either shred them using a grater or cut them into thin matchsticks. Add to the bowl.
Finely dice the red onion and add it to the salad mixture.
