Ingredients

  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 30 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 100 grams dark chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes) using a hand mixer or stand mixer.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the bowl, and mix until fully incorporated.
