  • 500 grams Calamari rings
  • 100 grams All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 150 grams Breadcrumbs

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil
  • 1 whole Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the calamari rings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.

In a shallow bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.

In a second bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

Step 4

Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

Set up a breading station in this order: seasoned flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs.
