  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette into 1/4-inch thick slices. Arrange on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.

Bake the baguette slices in the oven for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Set aside to cool.
