  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 0.5 cup Pico de gallo or diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Guacamole or sliced avocado

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
