Ingredients

  • 16 oz Elbow macaroni
  • 12 oz Evaporated milk
  • 2 cups Whole milk
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 3 cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Ground mustard powder (optional)
  • 0.25 tsp Paprika (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package directions, but undercook it slightly by 1-2 minutes since it will continue to cook in the crockpot. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or grease it lightly with butter for easy cleanup.

Step 3

Add the evaporated milk, whole milk, and melted butter to the crockpot. Stir to combine.

Step 4

Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and add it to the crockpot.

Step 5

Stir the sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and mustard powder (if using) into the crockpot.

Step 6

Gently mix in the cooked pasta until it is evenly coated with the cheese mixture.

Step 7

Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure the cheese melts evenly and doesn’t clump.

Step 8

Once the mac and cheese is creamy, bubbly, and fully heated through, taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.

Step 9

Serve warm and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika, if desired.
