  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the beef chuck steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, sear the steaks on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the steaks and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute, stirring frequently.
