  • 3 lbs boneless turkey breast
  • 8 leaves fresh sage leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Carefully loosen the skin of the turkey breast and spread half of the butter mixture underneath the skin. Rub the remaining butter mixture on top of the skin for even seasoning.
