  • 3 pounds Turkey breast (boneless, skinless)

  • 3 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (unsalted, melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 6 Hamburger buns or sandwich rolls
  • 0 Optional toppings (lettuce, tomato slices, mayonnaise, cheese, etc.)

Directions

Step 1

Place the turkey breast in the bottom of a crock pot.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Pour the mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
