  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the pork shoulder roast with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear it in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
