Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 cans Black beans
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup Barbecue sauce

  • 3 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 0 optional for serving Cooked rice

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the Crock Pot by spraying the insert lightly with cooking spray or lining it with a slow cooker liner to prevent sticking.
