  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper. Toss the stew meat in the flour mixture to coat well.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the floured stew meat on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the browned meat to the crock pot.
