Directions

Step 1

Dice the carrots, baby potatoes, and celery into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

Pat the beef stew meat dry with paper towels and season with half the salt and pepper. Toss the beef in the all-purpose flour until evenly coated.
