  • 2 10-ounce cans Canned diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 8-ounce can Tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (for garnish)
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess grease and set aside.
