  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Ground ginger
  • 0.25 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 0.125 tsp Ground cloves
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Grease the inside of your crock pot (at least 4-quart size) lightly with nonstick spray or butter.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
