  • 1 medium Yellow onion, diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and paprika.

Step 2

Rub the pork loin roast with olive oil, then generously coat it with the prepared spice mixture.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork loin on all sides for 3-4 minutes per side, until it is browned. This step locks in the flavor.
