  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup dried apricots, halved
  • 0.5 cup dried cherries
  • 0.25 cup golden raisins
  • 4 pieces fresh thyme sprigs

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, black pepper, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
