Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes, diced into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
