Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless pork chops
  • 6 ounces Stuffing mix
  • 10.5 ounces Cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 ounces Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Spray the inside of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or lightly grease it with butter.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Place the boneless pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot in an even layer.

Spread the prepared soup mixture evenly over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully covered.

Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the soup mixture. Do not stir.
