  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Hot sauce (optional for extra heat)
  • 1/2 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 8 pieces Burger buns (for serving)
  • 2 cups Coleslaw (optional for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
