Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground turkey
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cups Pizza sauce
  • 1 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cups Pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cups Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons Dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Spray the inside of your crock pot with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.

Step 3

Form the turkey mixture into a loaf shape that will fit into your crock pot. Place the meatloaf into the crock pot.

Spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
