Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 0.33 cup Soy sauce, reduced-sodium
  • 0.25 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Chicken broth, low sodium
  • 8 ounces Spaghetti or linguine pasta
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0 to taste Salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and transfer the turkey to the crock pot.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil to the crock pot. Stir to combine with the cooked turkey.

Add the julienned carrot, thinly sliced red bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the crock pot. Pour in the chicken broth and give everything a good stir.
