  • 2 pounds Beef stew meat
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Golden mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Beef broth or water
  • 1 cup Uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 packet Dry onion soup mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. If using an oven, preheat to 300°F (150°C). If using a crock pot, no preheating is needed.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, golden mushroom soup, beef broth or water, uncooked long-grain rice, and dry onion soup mix. Stir until well mixed.
