Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 pounds baby red potatoes
  • 12 ounces fresh green beans
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the green beans, then set them aside.

Step 2

Wash the baby red potatoes and cut them into quarters. Leave the skin on for added texture and nutrients.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Lightly grease the inside of the crock pot with olive oil to prevent sticking.
