Ingredients

  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
