Ingredients

  • 6 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 whole lemons
  • 6 pieces garlic cloves
  • 1 cup unsalted chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and sear the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
