  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder (for topping)
  • 1.5 cups Hot water
  • 1 quart Vanilla ice cream

Directions

Step 1

Lightly grease the inside of a 4 to 6-quart crock pot with cooking spray or butter.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth and well combined.
